Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use lilvaa.com or buy from us. Please read them before ordering.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm your order has shipped.
We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if:
- the item is out of stock
- the price or description was wrong
- we cannot lawfully ship to your address
- we suspect fraud or reseller abuse
Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include no import duties or taxes charged by countries outside Canada. See our Shipping Policy for who pays those.
We are not currently registered for GST/HST, so no Canadian sales tax is added at checkout. If that changes, tax will be shown separately before you pay.
Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before charging you.
Payment
Payment is taken through PayPal, which also accepts cards without a PayPal account. Your payment details go directly to PayPal, we never receive or store them. Your order is confirmed once PayPal confirms payment to us.
Availability
Everything is made in small batches, so items sell out. Stock shown on the site is our best information but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Using our products
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim.
Please read the ingredient list before use. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a known reaction to any ingredient, patch test first and stop using the product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, speak to your doctor before using new skincare.
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
Your account
If you use an emailed sign-in link, keep it to yourself, anyone with that link can see your orders. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your email account.
Our content
The text, photographs, design and branding on this site belong to LILVAA. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Liability
We stand fully behind our products, and nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and disputes fall to the courts of Ontario. If you buy as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
