You will get a faster answer if you tell us:

- Your order number, if your message is about an order
- The email address you ordered with, if it differs from the one you are
- A photograph, if something arrived damaged or looks wrong
Common questions
Where is my order? Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. If tracking has not updated in 10 business days within Canada, or 21 internationally, write to us and we will chase the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.
I want to return something. See our Return & Refund Policy, start by emailing us, and please do not post anything back before you do.
I have been charged customs fees. Those are levied by your own government, not by us, and we cannot refund them. Our Shipping Policy explains how this works.
